Sonya is the business manager of Zion Mortgage Solutions. She is strongly committed to the success of Grant County and currently serves on several boards throughout Grant County.
She believes that the greatest weapon that one possesses naturally is a SMILE and supernaturally is your FAITH. Both weapons have the ability to change you and the world around you!
Sonya is extremely blessed by her daughter, Tamara. Through the loving and continual support of her family, Sonya sets her mind on building new hope in Grant County and a new legacy for our children.

After a brief period away, David is returning to the Marion area and has joined the Zion Mortgage Solutions team. He brings over thirteen years experience in the mortgage industry to the Zion team. Dave supports Zion's strong commitment to character, customers, and community. David has always maintained an active role in our local community and he believes in its potential for future growth.
David has been married for fifteen years to wife, Kimberly. They have two children, David and Anne.

James M. Dix, Mortgage Specialist

James joined the Zion team in the Fall of 2006. He opened and heads the Zion Mortgage Solutions office in Kokomo. James has been employed in the lending industry for over nine years. During that time, he has assisted well over 1000 families in getting financing for their homes. In addition, he has exceeded 100 million dollars in loan volume!
In his spare time, James has been active in the local real estate board since 1999. He also assisted his community as a founding member in developing the Local Lenders Association of Howard County. James and his wife, Nicole, stay busy with the activities of their four children, Collin, Taylor, Kenton, and Grace. In addition, they attend Oakbrook Community Church. James believes that all blessings come from God and all success is directly from him.

Carrie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Taylor University. She has been processing loans for almost five years.
Gem McKinney, Loan Coordinator

Gem joined Zion Mortgage Solutions in May of 2005 because she believes in the same principles that are the foundation of this company. She truly acknowledges that through GOD all things are possible and that it was HIS plan for her to be part of the Zion "mission". She brought over five years of combined real estate and mortgage experience to the Zion team. As a lifelong resident of the Marion area, she is an Eastbrook High School graduate and attended Indiana Wesleyan University.
Gem currently handles our new applications and assists customers who have credit obstacles. She is devoted to educating applicants about their credit history and how it influences their credit score. Gem will always go above and beyond to take the extra time to review your credit history and provide guidance on how to improve it in a positive way. It is this extra time and assistance that helps our customers find ways to eventually purchase their dream home.
She owes a great thanks to her family, husband Heath and three incredible children, Madison, Mason and Micah, for always giving unconditional love and support.
Michele Bragg, Marketing

Michele has been employed in the real estate and finance communities since 1993. During that time, she worked as an assistant in two real estate offices in Muncie, earned her Real Estate Salesperson license, and worked as a mortgage broker. Michele came to our community after marrying her husband, a lifelong Marion resident. When she came to Marion she took a position as head of the closing department of a local title company. Michele also became an Ambassador of the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce. She worked at the title company for four years before leaving to come to Zion Mortgage Solutions. The move to Zion has also allowed Michele to return to school to complete her college degree in accounting. She is currently a student at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Michele is honored to be on the Zion team because of their faith, integrity, and honesty. She strongly believes in the potential of Zion Mortgage Solutions and supports their mission to give back to our community for all that God has given to us.
Megan Kirby, Processing Assistant

A graduate of Lakeview Christian School, Megan has been a lifelong resident in the Marion area. After completing high school, Megan took a position at a local title company. In her 7 years with that company, she received many promotions from receptionist to typist, then title searcher, closing processor, and eventually head of the closing department.
In 2006, Megan joined Zion Mortgage Solutions as an assistant to the head loan processor. From time to time, Megan also offers support to various other departments at Zion. She is always happy to assist our customers with any of their lending needs or questions.
Tobi Planck, Administrative Assistant

Tobi joined the Zion team in January of 2007. Previously, she was employed with Peerless Printing for nine years. At Zion Mortgage Solutions, she will be assisting the loan officers in providing exceptional customer service.
Tobi is a graduate of Mississinewa High School. A life long resident of Gas City, she and her husband Matt have chosen to raise their own children, Hayden and Halle, there.
Customer satisfaction always takes precedence at Zion Mortgage Solutions. Therefore, our loan officers often meet with their customers to personally walk them through the loan process. As a loan officer assistant, Tobi will strive to answer any customer questions or provide support anytime the loan officer is unavailable. As our business at Zion continues to grow, we make every effort to always provide the same great customer service to which our clients are accustomed. Zion's commitment to customers is one of Tobi's top priorities. With Tobi's assistance, we will continue to meet the lending needs of all our customers in a timely manner.
